Annual Home Maintenance Inspections

Four-Point Inspections

A Four-Point Inspection is a limited, visual survey of the roof, heating/air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems. It provides the minimum details required for evaluation of an insurance application by the insurance company.

New Construction and Phase Inspections​

The idea of inspecting each phase of construction is to catch problems or errors in a timely manner, before the next phase of construction begins. This allows corrections to be made before the next phase of construction begins or covers the problem.
